Palliative Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults with life-limiting conditions in a hospice setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide holistic, individualized nursing care to patients in the palliative care unit
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications, monitor symptoms, and provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring their comfort and dignity
- Participate in bereavement support for families following the loss of a loved one
- Registered Nurse with a valid RGN, RNLD, or RSCN qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in hospice, palliative, or paediatric nursing (Critical care)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide emotional support
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing environments
