About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Universally Speaking. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services and their competitive advantages to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and trade shows.
  • Work closely with Sales Management to qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and manage client expectations in collaboration with our project teams and senior management.
  • Manage pricing and contractual issues by staying up-to-date on company procedures and working models.
  • Take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and meetings with clients to create engagement and map client needs.
  • Contribute to multi-service bids and proposals by working with Sales and Service Line Leads.
  • Update our CRM system to maintain accurate customer insights and feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Results-driven, able to work independently and take ownership.
  • Good analytical skills to project revenues, monitor budgets, and perform other necessary calculations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in Strategic Business Development and/or Client Services/Account Management as a long-term career path.
  • Previous Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience preferably in the gaming industry or similar.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from diverse backgrounds, build strategic relationships, and commit to a high level of service.
  • Experience working under Non-Disclosure Agreements and understanding the importance of confidentiality.
