Business Process Management Sales Manager

We are a global leader in business process management, seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager/Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BPO/BPS/BPM services sales, with a strong understanding of the financial industry and its latest trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand the footprint of our global clients' Business Process Management/Outsourcing across existing client accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that financial products and services meet client expectations.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Prepare reports of account activity, expenditures, profit and loss, and other performance metrics.
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Financial Services/Banking/Bank shared service or insurance company Business Process Outsourcing/Business Process Management Account Management profiles.
- IT and Outsourcing background Sales and Account Management BPM industry.
- Based in the United Kingdom; open to travel as and when required.
