Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at a luxury estate agent in Notting Hill. As a Property Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of exceptional design-led properties in West London.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in property management with a great package and excellent salary. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with one Saturday per month.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 70-80 exceptional properties in West London;
  • Direct and manage refurbishment projects as required;
  • Look after 'home management' and 'vacant management' properties;
  • Ensure all deal paperwork is completed correctly;
  • Arrange various certificates to comply with legislation;
  • Basic credit control and chasing tenants/landlords for non-payment;
  • Attend pre-tenancy checks and arrange check-in/check-out inspections;
  • Carry out routine property inspections using Peach software;
  • Deal with grievance issues and ensure client records are up to date;
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an AST Property Manager;
  • Strong attention to detail;
Salary and Benefits
