Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Consultant to join our team in Lancaster. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to enhance our customers' digital lives, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Talking to customers over the phone, discussing their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to provide solutions that enhance their digital lives.

Benefits

A competitive salary of £23,504 (rising to £24,064 after 8 months), plus incentives and bonuses. We also offer a range of benefits, including online GP, market-leading paid carer's leave, and discounts on EE and BT products.
