As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in fostering these relationships, working closely with customers to understand their goals, aspirations, and challenges. Your primary objective will be to identify and discuss relevant products and services that can help our customers achieve their objectives, whether it be financial, family-related, retirement-focused, or peace of mind.

Together, you and our customers will work collaboratively to review their circumstances, set achievable targets, and implement suitable strategies to support their progress. By adopting a customer-centric approach, you will make a meaningful impact on their lives, empowering them to secure a brighter financial future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in conversations to understand our customers' needs and provide information about our comprehensive range of savings products, loans, and other services.
  • Conduct 'My Review' appointments face-to-face, virtually, or by phone, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Proactively contact customers over the phone to discuss their needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Educate customers about various products and services, aligning their expectations with our offerings.

You will also adhere to our policies, standards, controls, and limits of authority applicable to your role, prioritizing exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment. Your ability to react quickly when faced with busy periods and handle diverse customer interactions will be essential in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards.
