As a Learning Support Coordinator at Yeadon Westfield Junior School, you will be responsible for providing support to teachers and students in the classroom. Your primary focus will be on working with children who have additional needs, particularly those with complex communication needs or children with Social and Emotional needs.

You will inspire children to learn in all areas of our creative curriculum, build relationships on a one-to-one basis with young children, and attend to the pupils' personal needs. This includes implementing related personal programs, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid, and welfare matters.

You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans for students, contributing to the overall ethos and aims of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers and students in the classroom
- Work with children who have additional needs
- Inspire children to learn in all areas of our creative curriculum
- Build relationships on a one-to-one basis with young children

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum
