About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Learning Programme Coordinator to join our team in Central Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating all programmes to ensure clients, delegates, associates, and team members have what they need when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of the training planner, ensuring all programmes have a comprehensive plan with critical dates mapped.
  • Proofing and printing of materials and resources, production of high-quality training materials, and control of all activities and games owned by Redsky.
  • First point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone or website contacts, liaison with associates to ensure they deliver on their requirements and have all necessary materials.
  • Collation of case studies and testimonials from associates, liaison with clients for workshop logistics, and lead on profile generation, 360/180 feedback reports.
  • Evaluation/skill scan collation and reporting, issuance of associate agreements and project contracts via DocuSign, and client & associate management to support the Head of Learning & Development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in programme coordination or similar roles within the learning and development industry.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using software such as DocuSign and HubSpot (or willingness to learn).
