We are Eden Futures, a leading provider of exceptional support services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and complex needs. We are seeking Care Specialists to join our team, supporting service users in their own homes and communities, empowering them to live independently.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include:
  • Five weeks' annual leave, increasing with service (pro-rata'd for part-time employees)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support service users to lead a full and active life, considering their assessed needs and individual care plans
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users, taking action to safeguard their welfare and protect them from abuse
  • Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach
  • Enable service users to participate in community activities, manage finances and medication responsibly, and assist with personal care and hygiene
