Behavioural Support Specialist

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives? Teaching Personnel is seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting, with relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate. The role involves working closely with students who require behaviour management support, ensuring they receive the best possible education.
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience. You will also have access to professional development opportunities through our CPD Academy.

- Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour management plans
