About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team working in our Operating Theatres department at Spire Nottingham Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to our Nurses and theatre practitioners in the day-to-day running and set up of the department.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of our clinics and provide first-class service to our patients.
  • Clean and maintain the theatres and surrounding areas.
  • Assist the surgical scrub team to prepare the theatre kits and operating theatre for procedures.
  • Store and manage equipment and supplies.
  • Work as part of a team to provide personal care for our patients.

Requirements

  • You will be a kind and compassionate person with excellent communication skills.
  • Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Previous healthcare assistant experience is essential, with previous experience within a hospital or theatre setting being ideal.
