About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Designer to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Sales Designer, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding service to customers, designing kitchens and bathrooms that exceed their expectations, and achieving sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a consultative service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to design bespoke kitchen and bathroom solutions.
  • Engage with customers from initial enquiry to delivery of the product, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Design and present kitchen and bathroom designs to customers, using state-of-the-art systems and products.
  • Offer guidance and advice on the latest kitchen and bathroom products and designs.
  • Visit customers in their homes for consultations and measurements, ensuring accurate and efficient design and installation.
  • Achieve sales and service targets, contributing to the success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales or design role, preferably in the kitchen and bathroom industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create bespoke solutions for customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
