Established in 1988, Ripples is a prestigious bathroom retailer celebrated for its customized bathroom solutions. With a legacy that began in Bath over 36 years ago, Ripples has expanded through franchising and now boasts a remarkable network of 20 showrooms across the country. We pride ourselves on delivering a personalized bathroom service, encompassing product selection, design consultation, and installation through trusted local partners.
Role Responsibilities
As a Sales and Design Specialist, you will craft bathrooms that surpass our clients' expectations. Your role will involve:
- Identifying and cultivating sales opportunities from showroom visitors and direct inquiries.
- Promoting the Ripples design service by adhering to our sales process, which includes scheduling home consultations, creating designs, preparing quotes, presenting concepts, and finalizing sales efficiently.
- Collaborating with the team to mentor and support junior Sales and Design Specialists.
- Maintaining a high-quality showroom environment, ensuring a welcoming experience for potential clients and assisting in the creation of new showroom displays.
