About the Role
As a Design and Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating bathrooms that exceed our clients' expectations. This involves understanding client needs, navigating a wide range of products, and applying technical skills to deliver exceptional results. You will be a creative, personable, and proactive problem-solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and build sales opportunities from showroom visitors and direct enquiries
- Promote and provide the Ripples design service by following our sales procedure, including arranging home visits, preparing designs, and presenting quotations
- Contribute to the development of junior Sales and Design Consultants
- Ensure a high-standard showroom experience, from meeting and greeting clients to designing new displays
About You
- You will be a skilled communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- You will be sales-driven and focused on achieving sales targets
- You will be a strong ambassador for the Ripples brand, working efficiently and professionally
