About the Role

As a Design & Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating bathrooms that exceed our clients' expectations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your technical skills and product knowledge to design and deliver bespoke bathroom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and build sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Promote and provide the Ripples design service by arranging home visits, preparing designs, preparing quotations, and presenting those designs to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure a high-standard showroom experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
