About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Compliance Operations Manager to join our team at McArthurGlen. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process across all locations, ensuring efficient compliance operations while maintaining the integrity of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the KYC team, providing direction and expertise to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead remediation initiatives and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate sanctions and high-risk screening alerts, and develop and maintain KYC-related policies and training.
  • Prepare reports on KYC performance for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the KYC process, with UK exposure preferred.
  • Relevant undergraduate degree and AML/CTF qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of UK KYC and AML regulations.
  • Proven team management skills with experience in training and performance oversight.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
