Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Technical Specialist to join our CRM Implementation team. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for implementing best-in-class HubSpot systems, designing and building custom workflows, and integrating HubSpot with other business systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the initial setup and ongoing optimization of client portals
  • Design and build custom workflows, objects, and properties to meet specific client needs
  • Manage complex data migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimizing disruption throughout the process
  • Integrate HubSpot with other business systems and platforms via APIs and third-party tools
  • Assist with developing and refining sales and marketing automation campaigns
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client portals
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience across HubSpot, CRM Solutions, Sales and Marketing
  • A technical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong client management skills
  • Previous leadership/management experience is advantageous
