About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our team at Searchability®. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our CRM solutions and offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee various types of projects, including new implementations, rip-out implementations, and rebuilds.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and design comprehensive blueprints for technical specialists to implement.
  • Lead the implementation process and coach and mentor other members of the CRM team, sharing your knowledge to help shape their skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience across HubSpot, CRM Solutions, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Proven success in managing CRM implementations.
  • HubSpot and Solutions Architect certifications.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • The ability to present complex solutions to board-level executives.
  • Previous leadership/management experience is advantageous.
