About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team at Exalto Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the high-level design and implementation of a new ERP system across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the high-level design of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and oversee the integration of the ERP system across multiple sites, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and technical teams to create robust solutions that enhance system functionality.
  • Provide architectural guidance and support throughout the ERP implementation process, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Ensure that all ERP solutions are scalable, efficient, and optimised for the company's specific manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and warehousing needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on ERP systems in the manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or warehousing sectors.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP design and integration, particularly within a complex, multi-site environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
