About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our professional services team, taking ownership of client solutions and their flagship product. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions within the SaaS domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to map their business processes and requirements
  • Maintain a strong delivery focus and ensure project timelines and estimates are met
  • Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from initial workshops through configuration and training
  • Configure work types within the application, mentoring clients to enable them to do it independently
  • Customise forms, workflows, and document templates in a low-code environment
  • Support sales with product demonstrations and prototype development
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to shape the product roadmap
  • Proven experience with SaaS based products and ability to integrate with enterprise architecture
  • Strong technical skills and ability to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
