Gem Partnership is a pioneering technology firm that offers a wide range of innovative services to the construction sector.
We have developed a robust roadmap for future business growth, which includes expanding our operations in the UK and internationally.
As a member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns to pursue them.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
