Job Description:

Partner Acquisition Manager

The Partner Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships that align with Comms365's growth objectives. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong business development skills and the ability to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners in the technology and telecom sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy, identifying key markets, segments, and potential partners to drive growth.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Working with the Marketing Director, Identify and source new partner opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Negotiations and Agreements: Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements to ensure mutual value, profitability, and clear responsibilities between Comms365 and partners.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner acquisition efforts are aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Onboarding and Enablement: Oversee the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully promote and sell Comms365 products and services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of new partners, providing regular reports and insights to ensure that acquisition targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for Comms365, ensuring that all partner-facing communications are consistent with the company's values and strategic messaging.

Requirements:

This role requires a proven track record in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably within the telecommunications, connectivity, or technology sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

They should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
