Key Responsibilities

As an Outreach Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing our outreach strategy to provide opportunities for young people in local communities to develop filmmaking, life, and communication skills.
  • Working closely with the Head of New Business to design and deliver a program of outreach projects that bring dynamic and accessible filmmaking training and communication skills to new audiences.
  • Identifying potential sources of financial support by building relationships and networks with key partners and beneficiaries.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a highly competitive staff benefits package, including 30 days leave per annum (pro rata for part-time staff), employer matched contributory pension scheme (4%), season ticket and hardship loan schemes, up to 18 days professional development leave per academic year (pro rata for part-time staff), cycle to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, and a suite of family-friendly policies.
