Person-Centred Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and empathetic Person-Centred Support Worker to join our team at Exclusive Secure Care Services Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to vulnerable individuals who may exhibit challenging behavior, working collaboratively with our team to ensure their needs are met. Your duties will include providing emotional support, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive salary range of £26,000 - £34,320 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 28 days' annual leave, a birthday off as an extra day holiday, and a guaranteed 40 hours minimum pay per week. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including physical intervention training, to help you excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities as a Person-Centred Support Worker will include:
- Providing emotional support and assistance with daily living tasks to service users
- Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective support plans that promote positive outcomes for service users
- Assisting service users with personal care and hygiene tasks
- Promoting independence and autonomy among service users
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues related to service user care
