About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children with varying needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning across the school
  • Provide individual and small group support to children with differing needs and abilities
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of learning activities and resources
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting children with varying needs and abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
