About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Analyst to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Strategy Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of strategies that transform healthcare in North West London.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with our Executive Director of Strategy and Population Health and the Head of Strategy to support on various projects, including:

Urgent and Emergency Care Strategy

Develop a high-quality and accessible suite of urgent and emergency care services that meet the needs of our population.

Joint Forward Plan Development

Support the development of the Joint Forward Plan for FY25/26, outlining the ambitions and plans for each of the ICS programmes, boroughs, and corporate teams.

Planned Care Strategy

Work with our planned care team, acute providers, and other ICS partners to strategically reduce waiting lists and provide high-quality planned care in a sustainable manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential Skills

Deep understanding of healthcare outcomes, quality, and finances.

Desirable Skills

Significant experience working with the health equity agenda and expertise in using Microsoft PowerPoint and slides to articulate a strategy.

Capabilities

Ability to lead on developing analytical methodologies and think strategically to achieve objectives.
