Job Title: Acute Dietician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Acute Dietician to join our team at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic analyses and interpret complex healthcare datasets to inform decision-making and drive service improvement.
  • Design and develop forecast models to predict healthcare demand and capacity, utilizing best practice analytical methodologies.
  • Estimate the impact of strategic options and interventions on healthcare outcomes, capacity, and other measures.
  • Employ expertise in healthcare activity and finance datasets, as well as population-wide datasets, to inform service planning and delivery.

Person Specification:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare outcomes, quality, and finances, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Significant experience working with the health equity agenda, including community engagement and reducing health inequalities.
  • Expert ability to interrogate complex patient activity databases using Access, SQL, and VBA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
