About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPD and Compliance Manager to join our team at Panesar Foods Ltd. As a key member of our Technical Services department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the NPD and Technical Services team, ensuring the development of innovative and high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective NPD processes and procedures to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Manage and mentor a team of NPD and Technical Services professionals to achieve business objectives and improve departmental performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and customer specifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs at grade A – D (or equivalent) and an industry-recognised food technical qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent).
  • 5 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Previous NPD Manager or Senior Technologist experience of developing concepts through to launch and managing a team.
  • Experience launching products into various market sectors, including retailers, brands, and export markets.
