Job Description:

Ultimate Banking is seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to drive business change and excellence. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, build relationships, and champion new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • User Story Development: Conduct thorough analysis and translate business requirements into user stories.
  • Process Analysis and Documentation: Analyze existing business models and flows of data, documenting and summarizing findings to assist in the design & delivery of improved solutions.
  • Project Guidance: Provide guidance to the Business Transformation Manager on delivery approach using prioritized user stories.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment of project and goal deliverables.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Assist with User Acceptance Testing, where required.
  • Agile Adoption Support: Support the transition to Agile ways of working within the organization, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in business change analysis, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Able to Work in Agile Environment: Proven delivery within an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards within financial services.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
