We are a registered Living Wage Employer, promising to pay employees at least the real Living Wage or the London Living Wage. Our salary scale is organized in four bands: project officer, project coordinator, senior management, and chief executive.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes an inflationary increase based on RPI (not CPI) to recognize the higher cost of housing in London.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Diversity and Inclusion Change Agent. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote a culture of inclusivity and respect. This may involve:

  • Treating everyone as equals, with courtesy and respect.
  • Recognizing and valuing the work experience and life experience of candidates.
  • Offering supportive induction and flexible working arrangements.
  • Providing a program of staff training, skills-shares, peer groups, and other support and learning opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Sustain's recruitment processes are fair, transparent, and inclusive. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing our diversity and inclusion strategy.
