Job Title: Diversity Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Diversity Training Specialist to join our team at EA Change. As a Junior Software Trainer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering training platforms across the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to create and deliver in-person and online training projects, including training packs and e-learning materials.
  • Assist with pre- and post-training assessments to identify knowledge gaps and deliver individual training sessions where necessary.
  • Conduct research to ensure the company is up-to-date with technology applications and recommend third-party suppliers when needed.
  • Maintain company-wide training records.
  • Play an active role in ensuring a smooth transition for those resistant to change.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a software trainer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office training delivery.
  • Technical systems/support background in IT.
  • A background in insurance would be highly advantageous.
