Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Assessor/Coach at Pearson.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of Training Programs: Design and deliver high-quality training programs for learners, ensuring they meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments, reviews, and completions in a timely manner, providing constructive feedback to learners.
  • Skill Development: Support learners throughout their journey, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance on achieving the Diploma and L3 Apprenticeship standard of Senior Healthcare Support Worker.
  • Progress Tracking: Plan and conduct visits with learners and line managers for induction, observation, and progress tracking, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • IAG Skills: Proven coaching, mentoring, and individual advice skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working within the healthcare sector, particularly with Ofsted inspection frameworks.
  • Qualifications: Sector-specific qualifications (L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare) with clinical experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills for capturing feedback and objectives.
  • Teaching Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualifications (TAQA/A1/D32/33, V1/D34).
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality training and assessment services.
