We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our expanding team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing an allocated portfolio of clients, providing centralised management and advice on HR and Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide HR advice and guidance
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to meet client needs
  • Provide training and support to clients on HR and Payroll solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and best practices

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • Advanced knowledge of employment legislation
  • Full UK driving license

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000-£43,000
  • A hybrid working arrangement after an initial 3-month training period
