HR Consultant Job Description

Bramah HR Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team and provide expert advice and guidance on various human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize HR systems to manage employee data effectively and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with attention to detail and ensure HRIS records are up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes and procedures, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their HR needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their strategic business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law and ER case work, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Collaborate with clients on HR project work, providing ad-hoc support based on business need.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in human resources practices and principles, with a strong understanding of employment law.
  • Experience with HR systems and data entry skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • Strong employment law knowledge, with previous ER case work experience.
  • CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.
