Strategic Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Central Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders. The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Plans: Develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive growth and revenue in Central Hertfordshire.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and monitor the performance of go-to-market initiatives.
- Sales Team Enablement: Train and support sales teams on product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
