Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Directors to establish sales and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategy based on competitor analysis and customer needs.
  • Develop and manage the CRM system to maintain key customer information and sales data.
  • Research and analyse opportunities for new product development.
  • Drive all sales and marketing activities, including digital marketing and social media.
  • Develop and execute strategies for new product/service offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Significant experience in steel fabrication and machining.
  • Proven track record in Sales & Marketing and New Business Development.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in high-quality precision fabricated and machined products.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts across UK and international markets. This will involve collaborating with Directors to establish sales and marketing objectives, monitoring and adjusting pricing strategy based on competitor analysis and customer needs, developing and managing the CRM system to maintain key customer information and sales data, researching and analysing opportunities for new product development, driving all sales and marketing activities, including digital marketing and social media, and developing and executing strategies for new product/service offerings.
