Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated educational professionals to join our team as long-term supply teachers in various subjects across Kent.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers to work on a flexible basis, providing much-needed support to schools in the region. As a long-term supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and engaging with students in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and planning lessons for students in a range of subjects
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a teaching environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt to new situations and priorities

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
