Blockchain is seeking a highly experienced Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across the organization.
  • Provide strategic risk advice to executive management and the Board of Directors.
  • Partner with business units to identify and assess risks, and develop remediation plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Drive the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Security, Economics, or Finance.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Executive-level communication skills and experience presenting to Boards and executive management.
  • Ability to analyze complex risk data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Fluent in English with ability to work well with colleagues across multiple time zones.
