About Gold Care Homes:

What We're Looking For:

  • A high standard of care and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide the care team.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Wound management expertise and ability to follow policy and statutory requirements.
  • Responsibility for ordering, administering, and recording medicines according to policy.
  • Providing personal care, comfort, and emotional support to residents.
  • Assessing residents' needs and participating in staff training and development.
  • Working within agreed budgets and contributing to the success of our care home.
