About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Peverel Green Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care, leading the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
  • Lead the care team to deliver exceptional care, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Administer medications, manage wounds, and ensure adherence to care policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve budget targets and contribute to the overall success of the care home.
