About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Peverel Green Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Assess and manage resident care needs, including wound management and medication administration
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet resident needs
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC pin number
  • Experience in a care home setting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
