Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Peverel Green Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of resident needs and changes.
  • Ensure that care procedures are carried out in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Administer and record medications accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
