The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our busy Administration Team within Children's Services in Eastleigh. As a Family Help Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Social Workers in their daily tasks, allowing them to focus on direct work with children and families.

Key responsibilities will include providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering high-quality support, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Social Workers and other team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our team, including coordinating meetings and events
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external partners
