We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our busy Administration Team within Children's Services in Eastleigh. As a Family Help Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our social workers and helping to safeguard children, promote their welfare, and maximize their life chances.
Key responsibilities will include providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our team. You will work closely with other PAs and social workers to help reduce the administrative burden on social workers, allowing them to focus on direct work with children and families.
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and able to use their initiative. You will need excellent administration, organization, and communication skills, as well as good analytical skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
