About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Eastleigh. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with support needs, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying needs, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure their unique needs are met.
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social events.
  • Collaborate with the activity coordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities, promoting a sense of community and social connection.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge, skills, and best practices to ensure high-quality care.
