Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a great customer experience, learning about our business operations, and developing your skills in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
  • Understand our business operations and maintain the brand reputation by adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use your knowledge to promote products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Support the implementation of promotional offers and stock rotation to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Have a grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Not be currently in any form of education.
  • Be available for full-time shifts.
  • Not have completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
  • Not have completed a degree or more than one year at university.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Be new to retail and eager to learn and develop your skills.

Pay and Hours

The pay rate for this role is £8.65 per hour, and the hours are 39 per week on a 13-month contract.
