We are seeking an experienced and organized administrator to join our team in Surrey, supporting the launch of a new neurodevelopmental service. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team manager, CSM, and practitioners, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the service's inbox, responding to requests for training, consultations, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the practitioners with consultation meetings, team calendar management, and other tasks.
- Manage own diary and prioritize tasks to ensure effective use of time.
- Support the Barnardo's team by contacting and arranging consultations and training sessions.
- Work collaboratively with the team manager, CSM, and practitioners to maintain strong communication.
- Attend team meetings to take minutes and actions.
- Support with Health and Safety reports and other administrative tasks.
- Excellent administrative skills and experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
