About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Discovery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR tech space, leveraging your expertise and network to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align on messaging and strategies that will drive inbound leads and support sales efforts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless transition for clients to our onboarding team.
  • Work closely with our product team to understand customer needs and provide feedback to inform product development.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in the HR tech space, with a strong understanding of HR processes and challenges.
  • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to build trust and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
