We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Family Adolescent Support Team (FAST) in Nuneaton Justice Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to vulnerable teenagers and their families across Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to promote disruption to contextual risks and increase safety for young people in the community.
- Provide services and interventions with families and young people under a Child in Need plan.
- Support young people who are on the edge of care due to extra-familial harm, substance misuse, tier 4 hospital discharges, and 16/17-year-old homelessness.
- Supportive managers who provide recognition and a robust supervision policy focused on wellbeing and workload.
- Full reimbursement of Social Work England annual fee.
- A Volunteering & Wellbeing Day in addition to generous annual leave and an additional day at Christmas.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth within the team.
