Lead a Team of Analysts and Drive Data-Driven Insights at Admiral Insurance Plc

Admiral Insurance Plc's Household product is experiencing rapid growth, presenting significant opportunities to enhance Loss Ratio and Customer Experience. As the Household Data Insights Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data for strategic advantage and operational efficiency, directly contributing to the success of the department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guide your team of analysts to align with overarching business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively within an agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure stakeholders receive accurate and timely reports through clear communication.
  • Provide valuable insights to Household leadership through proactive analysis and data-driven recommendations.
  • Utilize both policy and claims data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Household Claims/Core operations.
